Township Government
The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of the Township. The Board is comprised of three members who are elected to staggered six-year terms in at-large elections. The Board of Supervisors is vested with the executive and legislative powers of the Township and is responsible for the annual budget. The Board of Supervisors appoints the members of the various advisory boards and authority boards.
Township Administration
The Township Administration, including the Secretary/Treasurer and the Assistant Secretary/Treasurer, is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Township. The administrative staff coordinates and directs the work of various Township departments. They are also responsible for implementing all decisions rendered by the Board of Supervisors and are responsible for preparing the preliminary budget, which is presented to the Board of Supervisors each year.
