The Fallowfield Township volunteer Fire Company was chartered March 1,1964 by a small group of dedicated township residents that realized the need and importance of such an organization to provide for the community. These individuals were able to obtain a loan from a nearby bank to pay for the erection of the fire station. The original station consisted of two truck bays and a small bingo hall. The first apparatus was a 1953 engine, which was donated to the fire company from a nearby fire department.
Membership is always open to any individual 18 years of age or older. Junior membership is also available for those 12-17 years old. If you are interested in joining the fire company or would simply like more information please stop in, call, or visit the official website
